My sister in law is having her fifth baby this week. What do you get someone who has 5 kids? I mean by the time number 5 rolls around clothes are plentiful, toys...if you see another one you might want to puke, oh what to give?? There is a lady in California who makes these beautiful keepsake quilts, you just tell her the colors and theme you are going for and she picks all the fabrics(she even emails you with the colors/fabrics she has chosen) and has them done in a matter of weeks.
